Welcome to the Master Coaches Association! The members of our association are Master Franchisors from North America who represent the #1 global franchise system in the field of business coaching. We currently have nearly 1,000 offices in 30 countries. The role of our members is to recruit franchisees, or business coaches, and team members for each local territory. We are the leaders of this high growth industry and we have opportunities available throughout North America. Our members also provide ongoing training and support to our local franchisees and their team members.
The local business coaches within our franchise network help business owners to grow their profits, to systemize their businesses, to free up their time and to help them build winning teams. Our systems and processes have been time-tested and proven the world over and our training and support of our global franchise is second-to-none.

MCA Members are looking for prospective business coaching franchise owners with two concepts available; a territory based license Business Coaching Firm, which is similar to an Area Developer model and a Business Coaching Practice, our single license concept. MCA Members are also looking for Nominated Business Coaches, to work as independent contractor coaches to fill open positions in our local Firms and we have Business Development Manager and General Manager positions open in select markets around North America.
Once you submit your expression of interest and event inquiry, you will be contacted by the MCA Member that serves your local area; they will provide more detailed information about our franchise offerings, the career positions they have available and details of their upcoming local “Franchise Information” meetings being held in your area.
